The fastest way to get something fixed is to name the page, quote the claim and say where the better information came from, so it can be checked against a source rather than taken on trust.
Reporting a correction
Include three things: the page URL, the exact sentence or figure that looks wrong, and where the correct information came from — a patch note, a Steam guide, an in-game screenshot or a video timestamp all work.
Corrections that come with a source get applied quickly. Corrections without one still get looked at, but they have to be re-researched first.
Patch changes
Prices, boss behaviour and speedrun routes move between patches. If a page describes an older patch than the one you are playing, say which version you are on — that alone is useful, even without a full correction.
